Blogging is a great way to make money online. Blogs tend to perform well in the search engines and they are easy to promote. Writing new content and updating your blog on a regular basis is key. You provide new content for your readers and the search engines. If you have good quality information, then you can find yourself with a good following of loyal readers that will subscribe to your RSS feed and read your blog regularly.
These are great “in between” posts since they are so short. They are normally between 250 and 450 words, (an exception to the 500-750 words your usual blogs should be). Just find a great bit of new information to share with your audience and post it as a quick tip. The tip should be focused on one key area of a niche and give just enough detail to answer a problem or make life easier for the reader.
I studied many of the blogs that are out there on the Internet, particularly the ones relating to my niche. The more I read, the more I liked. I was surprised to learn that some of the top websites in my niche were actually online blogs. They ranked high on Google and all of the other search engines. And no doupt, they were making sales.
What do you want to talk about on your site? Do you have a job that brings you into contact with the public? Especially if you deal with any type of collection for payments, you might have a lot of stories to tell. And other people may find them very amusing. For instance, perhaps you are required to call people by their last name. If you have a customer with the name Pretty Pink, you would be required to call the customer Mr. or Mrs. pink. Now just imagine if the person who is the cardholder turns out to be a very large sounding man. This just may be a conversation your readers will be interested in. if you have enough stories like this, you may not have to wonder how to get rich quick for very long.
The first rule about blogging is to make friends. Despite the fact that some blogs are actually corporate, serious and professional in their approach, most blogs these days are friendly and personal. So, what do you have to do to bring people into your blog? Blog hopping. Yes, visit other people’s blogs and give them comments (genuine ones, please) and provide a link back to your learn to swig. The key is to MAKE FRIENDS.
Remember many have been here before and not many had survived in this business. Either they brought in the wrong kind of content and they had no traffic to their websites or they never had enough patience and humility to their business grow from scratch into a success story.
In summary, if you do nothing else but find a product to sell, create a website, attract customers, and then promote the heck out of your products, you will make money online. This is true for all beginners!
