Bayberry wax was made by the American Colonies from the wax coating of the bayberry fruit. It is made by boiling the berries. It has a nice sweet scent but is a big procedure making it an expensive wax. You have to boil about 15 pounds of the fruit to get one pound of wax. It is still in use today.

Step # 3. Now take the cotton wick and lay it flat across the beeswax sheet. Make sure that it is perfectly aligned at the edge of the sheet. You are also going to want to make sure that the wick is sticking past the sheet on both ends.

You can use candle dyes to personalize your candle’s look. These come in different forms; liquids, flakes and blocks. You can stir in your dye once the wax is hot.

For the reason I just mentioned you should always look in to the book a little bit before you buy it. Does it have a refund policy? Does it have a guarantee? Is there a place where you can contact the author or supplier for questions and comments? If the eBook that you are looking into has all of this then you are off to a good start.

Procure a candle mould from a nearby craft store and dissolve some paraffin wax in a boiler or microwave. Then transfer it into the candle mold and place a wick in the molten wax. Two pencils can be used horizontally across the candle mold’s top to ensure that the wick remains in its place. After the candle has been cooled overnight, it can be removed from the mold. With these simple Ecoponics instructions, you can make candles, which look so much similar to the ones obtained in shops.

Step # 5. Now you are going to roll the rest of the candle up. As you do this make sure that you keep the beeswax sheet straight and aligned. Roll up the wax slowly.
